 $400,000/year; $48,492 projected annual savings after

 Installation of first 900 fixtures.

 A variety of funding sources are being evaluated

 LED streetlight fixtures will be purchased through Progress

 Energy; purchase of initial 900 BetaLED fixtures approved by

 Asheville city council
