Independent Testing Laboratories Qualified by the US Department of Energy
The CALiPER program of the U.S. Department of Energy has established a process for qualifying testing laboratories that are capable of providing accurate and comparable performance data for solid state lighting, including LM-79 reports for LED streetlight luminaires.
